Issue: Issue: Whether, where there was no evidence that the deceased had a reason to kill himself but also no evidence of a third party’s involvement in a hanging, a reasonable coroner could conclude that the evidence was sufficient to find beyond reasonable doubt that the deceased had taken his own life.
